Penobscot Financial Advisors and Portland Integritas Advisors join to expand their national reach
Portland, Maine, January 23, 2023 – Portland Integritas Advisors and Penobscot Financial Advisors (PFA) have merged under the PFA company name. Together, PFA now serves more than 740 clients and manages nearly $350M in assets.
Karen Elise Kilbride, CFP®, CPA, started working in the financial services industry in 1984 and founded Portland Integritas Advisors in 2012. Kilbride prioritized merging with another local independent firm with high standards of service and fiduciary care.
