Client Success Coordinator

Melissa is a life-long Mainer, born and raised in Downeast Maine. She currently works remotely and resides in the sunny state of Florida. Growing up with limited financial education, Melissa developed a keen interest in financial planning after college, driven by a desire to empower others with the knowledge and tools she had to discover on her own. 

As our Client Success Coordinator, she loves advocating for clients and acting as the go-to person between them, our advisors, and custodians. Her role involves ensuring clients are well-supported and informed throughout their financial journey. She’s also the friendly voice you hear when you call our office, making sure everyone feels welcomed and valued. 

Her biggest joy at work is helping clients succeed and making the whole process smooth and effortless. To further enhance her skills, Melissa is currently taking classes to become a Certified Financial Planner, which will enable her to provide even more comprehensive support to our clients. 

When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, diving into a good psychological thriller, or playing sports.
